PC-38A 2K Heavy Fill Urethane Primer Activator is a high solids primer activator with superior filling capabilities. This product offers excellent color holdout under all urethane finishes. PC-38A offers fast drying, easy sanding, wet or dry without sandpaper loading. This outstanding primer activator, offers excellent adhesion, outstanding fill and build capabilities with easy sanding and no shrinkage.
